Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, and Stretching techniques are combined to relax your body , reduce your stress, ease pain, and help maintain your overall health.

Chair Massages

Chair massage is great for a quick focused point relaxation on your upper body to help reduce stress, and ease pain caused in your neck and back. 

Reflexology

Foot Reflexology can be used as it's own session or added to a 90 minute massage.  Warm tools are used to help relax your feet and can generally effect  your entire body.

You deserve a break from the everyday stressors of life.  When you come to A RejuvaLyzed You, each massage will be tailored to what you need for that day.  If you want more time spent on your back and neck, or feet, you just want upper body, you want less or more pressure than the previous visit, you want to change your music selection, the choice is yours.  We work with you to give you the experience you are looking for during each visit, whether you are a regular client, or just trying our office for the first time.  Let your therapist know before, or during your massage, if you need something changed to meet the needs of your pain or stress for that day.
